At CamWreaths, each wreath is handmade with care and produced in small batches. Because of this, your order may require some time before it is ready to ship.
Processing & Pre-Orders
Due to high demand, some wreaths are available as pre-order or made-to-order items.
Processing times may vary depending on current order volume. Any estimated processing or shipping timeframe shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate and may change during especially busy periods.
Once your wreath is finished and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Shipping
We currently offer FREE shipping on eligible orders.
Delivery time begins after your order has been completed and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow some time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility, where permitted by applicable law.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at cameronwreaths@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
We’ll review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
Pre-Order Acknowledgment
By purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order wreath, you understand that your wreath is not ready for immediate shipment and requires processing time before dispatch.
